Here we bring to you, episode one of our 3-part podcast series “Racial Equity in the Fight Against COVID-19”. This podcast provides insight into the disproportionate impacts of COVID-19 on racialized communities, in particular, the black community. Topics such as a lack of testing in the hardest-hit regions, mental health, and funding were addressed through the unique perspectives provided by the research team and guests. The goal of this podcast was to provide a brief introduction to the importance of collecting race-based data
